I have been having this healthy drink consistently once a day for 4 days in a week for the past 2 years and it has proved beneficial to me. Thought of sharing it to everybody who believes in wellness and good health.
This healthy drink is excellent to have it early morning empty stomach half an hour before breakfast. It has important health benefits like weight loss, curbs constipation and controls sugar levels.
If following the recipe, always start slowly by taking a glass of warm water, 1 tsp ACV and the other ingredients to see how it works and gradually increase quantities. I, sometimes, skip honey and increase the quantity of lukewarm water; the other ingredients remain the same. It can be also made with green tea or juices too, depending on your taste. It is recommended to use organic raw unfiltered and unprocessed apple cider vinegar.
300 ml lukewarm water
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (ACV)
½ tsp Ceylon cinnamon powder
half of 1 lime or lemon
¼ tsp organic honey (optional)
Combine all ingredients in a tall glass and stir till everything is completely dissolved.
