1 avocado (washed/pitted/peeled and cut in chunks)
1 ½ – 2 cup cold milk of your choice
1 tin condensed milk
¼ cup cream
¼ tsp vanilla
1 tbspn honey/sugar (optional)
pinch of salt
ice cubes / crushed ice
Combine all ingredients in a blender and whiz until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and serve immediately.
for healthier version, skip condensed milk and cream and add fruits of your choice
