To marinade
1 tspn soya sauce

1 tspn garlic ginger paste
1 tspn red chill powder (less/more as per your requirement)
½ tspn paprika
1 tspn coriander powder
¼ tspn turmeric
½ tspn ground cumin powder
½ tspn pepper powder
Make a paste of the above “To Marinade” ing.. The first half, add it to the chicken and the other half, keep it aside. Keep the marinated chicken for 1 ½ hours. First 20 mins, let it stay on the work-top and the next remaining minutes , keep it inside the fridge.
In a food processor, process onions & tomatoes separately. Reserve. Take a heavy bottom pan, add 1 ½ tbspn oil and tip in onions and saute till translucent. Into this, add the tomatoes.
