Cucumber keeps you hydrated and flushes out all toxins from the body. It helps digestion, skin problems and also aids in weight loss.
Ginger has many antiseptic properties.
It’s a healthy drink in the morning to kick-start the day. The taste of the celery is not overpowering hence it allows the cucumber to stand out. Juicing celery with cucumber becomes a great edible tonic. You can also use celery with 1 carrot or 1 small apple and 1 beetroot skipping cucumber. Give it more power by juicing cucumber with carrot and spinach skipping celery

Prep time : 10 mins, Serves :4-6

2 celery stalks
1 big cucumber or 4 small cucumbers
1 inch ginger
½ lemon
Wash the vegetables well. Peel the cucumber and ginger. Cut the vegetables and keep them aside.
Start juicing the cucumber first followed by celery and ginger. Pour it in a jar. Hand-squeeze fresh lemon into the juice after the veg juice is done.
Drink plain or pour it over ice and enjoy. It’s cool & refreshing!
